Privacy Policy

Fiery Personal Finance LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through fierypersonalfinance.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly: newsletter and lead magnet signups — when you submit your email through any of the six Connect opt-ins (Financial Checkup, Wealth Allocation Roadmap, Vanguard Roth IRA Guide, Fund Cheat Sheet, Course Preview, or the Newsletter), we collect your name and email address. Purchases — when you buy a book, audiobook, course, or bundle, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment information. We do not store your full credit card details ourselves. Contact form submissions — when you use Contact, we collect your name, email, and message. Phone number — only if you voluntarily provide it, such as opting into SMS communications. Gift purchases — when you buy a gift card for someone else, we collect the recipient's name and email address so we can deliver their gift. Facebook community opt-in — if you join our list through our private Facebook group, we also collect your general location (e.g., country).

Information collected automatically: when you visit the Site, we automatically collect standard technical information: your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies.

Analytics and tracking tools

We use the following tools to understand how visitors use the Site: Google Analytics 4 tracks pageviews, events, and general site usage. Meta (Facebook) Pixel, including server-side tracking, helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and build audiences for future ads. This may include tracking video engagement and sending conversion data directly to Meta's advertising platform. Content Creator Machine / GoHighLevel's built-in analytics and reporting is our website and funnel platform's own native tracking tools. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on select forms to detect and block automated spam and bot submissions.

You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad personalization through Meta's ad settings.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to: deliver the free resources, newsletter, and course content you request; process and fulfill purchases, including gift purchases made on behalf of someone else; respond to questions submitted through Contact; improve the Site and our products; send marketing communications, only if you've opted in; comply with legal obligations.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: Stripe (payment processing); Content Creator Machine / GoHighLevel (our website, funnel, email, and SMS platform); Google Analytics and Meta, as described above; Cloudflare (bot and spam protection); law enforcement or government authorities, when required by law.

SMS communications

If you provide your phone number and opt into SMS, your number is used only to send you the communications you signed up for. We do not share your SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Reply STOP at any time to withdraw consent — see our Terms of Use for details.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help the Site function and let us understand how it's used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as well as a result.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe from our email list, your email address is removed from active marketing use.

Your rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us through Contact. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom of that email.

California residents (CCPA): California residents have the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of on that front, but you can still exercise your other rights by contacting us through Contact.

If you're outside the United States: this Site is intended for a U.S. audience and operated in accordance with U.S. law. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not offer the same legal protections as your home country.

Children's privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we've inadvertently collected such information, we'll delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us through Contact.
