This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Fiery Personal Finance LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site — including purchasing any book, audiobook, course, or bundle — you agree to these Terms of Use.

In plain English: using this site or buying anything on it means you're agreeing to everything below. Read it.

1. Who can use this site

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission before making any purchase.

If you're a high schooler reading this on your own: welcome, genuinely — that's exactly who this is for. Just make sure a parent or guardian is in the loop before you buy anything.

2. Your license to use this site

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site, and any books, audiobooks, courses, or tools you purchase, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not: resell, redistribute, or publicly share any purchased content in any format other than the one you bought it in; copy, modify, or create derivative works from Site content; use automated tools to scrape or copy the Site; or use the Site to build a competing product.

In plain English: buy it, use it, don't resell it or rip it apart to build your own version.

3. "Lifetime" access

When we say a course or product includes "lifetime" access, we mean for the operational lifetime of Fiery Personal Finance LLC and the platforms we use to deliver it — not your lifetime. Fiery Personal Finance LLC is a single-member LLC with no employees. If the Company ceases operations, is dissolved, or is no longer able to maintain the platforms that deliver your purchased content — including in the event of the sole member's death or incapacity — "lifetime" access ends at that point, and continued access beyond it cannot be guaranteed. Where practical, we will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice and a way to download your purchased content before any planned discontinuation.

In plain English: "lifetime" means as long as this business exists and I'm around to run it — not literally forever, no matter what.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including the books, audiobooks, courses, calculators, worksheets, and site design — is owned by Fiery Personal Finance LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing access to any product does not transfer ownership of that content to you.

In plain English: you're buying a license to use it, not the content itself.

5. Disclaimer and Privacy Policy

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, both incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Purchases, pricing, and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the stated amount.

7. Refund policy

We offer a 100% refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. This applies to everything sold on this Site — eBooks, audiobooks, courses, any bundle, and All-Access — no exceptions. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll refund you in full.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refund requests made after the 30-day window will not be honored.

In plain English: try it, and if it's not for you, ask for your money back within 30 days. We mean it — no interrogation.

8. SMS communications

If you voluntarily provide your mobile phone number through this Site, you consent to receive automated and manual text messages from us about products, updates, and events. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.

This applies whether or not we're actively using SMS at the time you're reading this — the consent terms are here so they're ready whenever that feature is turned on.

9. Third-party links

This Site may link to third-party websites, including affiliate links (see our Disclaimer for details). We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party site.

10. Disclaimers of warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content is complete, accurate, or current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiery Personal Finance LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

In plain English: if something goes wrong, the most we're on the hook for is what you paid us.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fiery Personal Finance LLC from any claim arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Copyright / DMCA notices

If you believe material on this Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice — including your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, and a statement of good-faith belief — to the contact address below.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any purchased product at any time if you violate these Terms. Sections 3 through 13, and 15 through 18, survive any termination.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington State, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

17. Dispute resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, either party may pursue the claim in the courts described in Section 16.

18. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Fiery Personal Finance LLC regarding the Site.
